Where to repair handphone in Tokyo

Hi,
I currently own a softbank phone model :920SH but it's faulty and not covered under warranty. I will going to tokyo next week and I would like to find out where i can bring this phone for repairs, maybe around Akihabara or somewhere around Tokyo area. Would be great if you could provide the name and address of the shop too
