Nazukete is from nazukeru (名付ける), "to name" or "to christen". So maybe something like, "I call it...the Harem Jutsu!"
I'm a beginner, so I don't know why he'd use the -te form here, but maybe it's to connect, like, "I'm gonna call it / I'm calling it / I've named it (and the name is)...the Harem Jutsu!"
Can anyone more skilled shed light?
