Gotemba to Hakone using Fuji Hakone Pass

Hi minna,
I decided to buy Fuji Hakone Pass for my trip covering Kawaguchiko and Hakone for a night each.
According to the timetable I found (http://bus.fujikyu.co.jp/highw/jikokuhyo/11.html), I should be arriving Gotemba station on a second bus around 11:50.
Q1: Is this the right timetable or should it be another bus route?

Then comes the main problem, I can't find any pass-covered mean of suitable transportation from Gotemba to Hakone(preferrably Gora).
I found this timetable for Tozan bus(http://www.hakone-tozanbus.co.jp/dia-hakone/viewbusstopinfo?busStopNo=...#), which I know is covered by the pass.
But there seems to be only a few buses a day and the earliest one I can catch after arriving Gotemba is 15:25, which doesn't make sense.
And there's the Odakyu Hakone Highway bus, but I don't know if it's covered by the pass or not (it only mentioned to be covered by Hakone Free Pass).
Plus I can't find its timetable.
Q2: Please advise me on this. What options do I have?

Shouldn't you arrive in Kawaguichiko first and do Kawaguichiko, Gotemba, Hakone in that order?

Yes, I'll be doing Kawaguchiko, Gotemba, and Hakone consecutively.
I only have questions on the part about transportation from Kawaguchiko to Hakone on my second day of the itinerary.

Furthermore, I've already found the timetable for Odakyu Hakone Highway bus here (http://www.odakyu-hakonehighway.co.jp/route1/index.html).
But I don't know if it's covered by the pass or not.
It's not on the list in Odakyu's website (http://www.odakyu.jp/english/freepass/fujihakone.html).
Also, it only goes to Togendai, not Gora.
I plan to start the round course in Gora, going counter-clockwise and finish the day at a ryokan in Hakone-Yumoto.
And then spending the morning of the next day taking the train from Hakone-Yumoto to Gora and visit the Open Air Museum.

Your route should be:

Shinjuku - (Fujikyu/Keio highway bus) - Kawaguchiko Station - (Fujikyu bus) - Gotemba Station

From Gotemba Station, take the free shuttle bus to the outlet. Or, note that some buses from Kawaguchiko Station to Gotemba continue directly to the outlet.

From the outlet to Hakone, you have two main options:
1) take back the shuttle bus to Gotemba Station and transfer to the Odakyu highway bus into Hakone (directly serves Sengoku, Togendai and Hakone-en areas)
2) take a direct Hakone Tozan bus from the outlet to Gora (there are not many such direct buses)

Since the Fujikyu bus from Kawaguchiko stops at Gotemba station and I'm not intending to shop at Gotemba Outlet, the Odakyu, departing from Gotemba station to Togendai, seems to be a better choice.
And I'll do a clockwise version of the round course starting from Togendai instead.

So it will be Gotemba Station-Togendai-Sounzan-Gora-Open Air Museum-Hakone Yumoto in half day.
And the next day is Hakone Yumoto-Moto Hakone- Hakone Machi-Togendai-Hakone Yumoto, with a shinkansen at Odawara to catch at 14:09.
Does this sounds sensible?
