below is an example of an address i am supposed to key into jalan.net, an hotel booking site. (例） 中央区銀座９丁目９番地 じゃらんビル１０１号室 since i dont have a japan address, i am trying to key in below hotel which i will be staying in. http://tochigiya-hotel.com/台東区西浅草2-25-2 and i tried below but kept having error. 台東区西浅草2丁目25番地2 i think i have the postal code done correctly, just the format of chome and unit number and the last digit (not sure what is the last digit for though) can anyone help pls?

Gerard,
I haven't used or looked at the site you mention, so I'm just guessing, but possible problems I see are..
1. You are missing the prefecture/city name (Tokyo in this case?)
2. The address has to be entered using only double-byte ("zenkaku") characters, including numerals
If you could say what the error message was, it might be easier to pin down the problem.
