Hello
I am about to buy a Yuzawa ski package. I have been corresponding with the travel agency by email. The agency requested me to wire transfer $$. I wonder how safe it is. Pls advise. Is it norm to do it in Japan?

Quite normal to do wire transfers in Japan.
The only part is do you trust the company (eg is it a reputable company) or not.

Always good to rely on your instinct - if you weren't hesitant, you would not be asking now. Best to deal with reputable travel agency in your country that will handle the ski package or directly with the ski resort itself.
