Volunteer work in Environment 2009/12/18 17:47
I am interested in doing volunteery work overseas. Preferably helping out with park maintenance or creek bank stabilization etc.

Please advise if this work is available in Japan.

Thank you for your assistance.

It seems there are over 300 NPO working for environment in Japan. The Earthwatch Institute has their branch in Japan.

I suppose you can contact their office.

By the way, Earthwatch Japan says they are carrying out these activities. (Click blue characters then you can see photos.)

Thank you EV for the information about Earth Watch.

I am a full time student in Australia and will be focussing on Environmental issues and Ecology next year.

My goal in life is to do volunteering or paid work for Environmental projects around the world.
