i plan on getting my TEFL degree but wont have a college degree. can i still get a job as a teacher in japan. if so can someone give me a site where i can contact the schools that are willing to hire

A bachelor's degree, or several years work experience, are immigration requirements to qualify for a work visa. Without that you cannot work legally in Japan. So unless you are the child of or married to a Japanese national, your best bet would be to go back to school and finish your degree.

If you have a TEFL degree, you have a degree, don't you?
Or do you mean a TEFL diploma (1 year) or Cert (4 weeks)?
