I would like to ask how much it would cost to change my mobile number? I`m using Softbank. Is it actually possible?

I believe it is possible, at a fee (of a few thousand yen I believe) to change just the number.
OR, if you have had that contract for over two years already, you could terminate the current contract and sign up for a new phone/contract, obviously with a new number.

nah, I just got it recently but there`s someone bothering me by distributing my number to strangers -.-
my main problem is that i`m afraid he can find me...
actually can you find someone if you have their mobile number and mobile email address?
