Arriving in Nagasaki late

Hi all,
Next week I will be arriving in Nagasaki quite late at night, so I'm looking for cheap accomodation as close to Nagasaki airport as possible.
Does anyone have any ideas for the cheapest and closest places to stay?

Nagasaki airport is located in Omura City--there are a number of hotels located in Omura

Nagasaki is a 45 minute bus ride from the airport, if you want to stay near the airport you need to be checking for hotels in Omura, there are a number of business hotels to choose from.
