I need to know if I can use the Au TOO2 by toshiba, in singaproe using a prepaid sim card from singtel

The Toshiba T002 can roam on Singaporean networks, but it won't work with a Singtel sim without unlocking it first. Au doesn't unlock their phones so you will have to look into other means.
