Hi
I am searching for toy stores in Sendai JP where I can find transformers toys ... more specifically I would like to purchase the Transformers Encore #10 or Transformer Collection #12.

There's a Toy R Us at the Izumi Power Mall in Sendai. It's unlikely they will have something like that in stock but you could inquire about special orders.
Otherwise, your best shot may be online vendors.
