Does anyone know if Gaba has a problem with male employees having long hair?

Depends how long. I used to work there (until 2007) and there were guys with shoulder length hair. Gaba was ok with that (at least at the time- recruiters and policies change) as long as it was tidily up in a ponytail. Much longer than that and the chances of being employed are probably going to go down.
