Do Mandarake shops allow children under 18
years old going inside their shop ? If anybody know the detail, pls. kindly give me the answer. I've already email to ask Mandarake, but nobody reply me.

Yes,Mandarake shops allow children under 18
years old going inside their shop.
But there may be the place that under 18 years old do not put in a shop.

Is Mandarake still in Meguro in the same location? My husband saw it in October 2008, but when we went in January 2010, neither of us could locate it, despite walking up and down the street several times! (Maybe because it was closed?)
