Mail delivery on national holidays ?

Hello i would like to know if mail is still getting delivered in tokyo city on national holidays like febuary 11th, ect...

As far as I know, they don't deliver on Sundays and national holidays, unless it's some some type of express mail (domestic express mail, or international priority kind of mail/parcel).
