Tokyo marathon - watch online?

My husband is running the Tokyo Marathon this coming Sunday. We have family members overseas who would like to watch the TV coverage. If I understand correctly, NHK will be broadcasting the race here in Japan, but does anyone know if NHK does any sort of internet broadcast (in real time or at a later time)? We do not have a DVR so recording it ourselves is unfortunately not an option.
