Hey Guys. Good day everyone!
I have a question. Did anyone of you try Suruga-bank Visa Debit card?
1. What the difference between Visa debit and regular Visa card I meant using difference.
2. Can I withdraw money abroad from this card?
3. Can I recive or send money to or from other bank account? International bank accounts?
4. Same time when you receive Suruga Visa Debit you have to open regular Suruga bank account with cash card.Way? They are not the same?
5. What Visa debit card is better e-bank or Suruga?
Thank you for your time. My Japanese not good yet so I cannot understand Surugas bank web site.

1. Visa Card is a credit card. Your bank deposit is deducted once a month based on your monthly spending.

Visa Debit Card is a debit card. Your bank deposit is deducted each time you use the card.

2. Yes.

3. The answer to the 1st question is yes. But international money transfer is another issue.

5. Free ebank visa debit card is discontinued. Membership fee(1000yen yearly) will be incured from Apr1, 2010.
