Japanese Wagasa Umbrella

Does anyone know where I can find one? Was in Kyoto today, but because of language barrier, the young lady that had one couldn't understand me.

Why not simply show the photo to a hotel conceirge or a tourist information counter? You can certainly ask for "wagasa" at a department store, but not every clerk knows where to find them. Poeple don't really use them, you know.
