Craft Store Yuzawaya at Ginza

Does anyone know how to get to this craft store by subway/train please? Station and exit would be very helpful.
The address is "7-10, Ginza 5-Chome, Chuo-Ku, Tokyo.
Location :Near by Ginza of TokyoMetro Line" Oh, and if you've been to the store was it as cool as it looks in the pictures?

I recommend you to visit Kamata if you have enough time.
Kamata is a town of YUZAWAYA.
It's head office and five shops are around JR Kamata sta.
It takes 20min from JR Yurakucho sta.
