Why dont you check out a J-league game? Gamba Osaka and Vissel Kobe are based close enough to nishinomiya. Google the dates, locations and times and have fun!

Maybe there is something different in Japan. When we say looking for a game in the UK, it usually means we're looking to play a game not watch. If I wanted to watch, I would just take myself along and buy a ticket. I haven't heard of any J-League games in Ashiya or Nishinomiya!
