Well, if you already have a car license from another country (I assume you are a foreigner living over here??) you can just get a JAF- translated version of your original license go to the license center in your area and after taking the various minor tests and watching the "education video" at your license center you should be good to go.

Yes!! Thank you for your usefull replay. I am a foreigner here. But I dont have my home country licence. I am just now eligible to have it (by age!!). And I will be staying here for may be another couple of years so I thought to have small bike for just going to school and my parttime work. Please help me in that concern how to get it.
