Sunglasses store 2010/4/13 11:21
Where's gonna be a place in Tokyo that sells sunglasses that are fashioable but not too expensive. Also if they have a section for smaller faces that would be good.

I have never come across a sunglasses store which had a section for smaller faces either in Japan or any other country- do they have them where you live?

Japanese people are not big sunglass wearers, so specialised sections like that are probably non-existent here- I have been into plenty of sunglasses stores and have never seen them, and I have a narrow face so it is something I would have noticed.

What is your definition of "not too expensive"? Are you looking for brand name sunglasses, i.e. Oakley, Rayban, Dior etc? You can buy sunglasses for 1,000 yen on Takeshita dori for example, but the quality obviously isn't fantastic. Or you can try stores like Zara if you want to spend 3,000 yen plus, but the selection is quite small. Then there are sports stores and specialist glasses stores, where prices start from more like 15,000 yen.
