Has anybody ever heard of Bamboo-House?

I've been looking for a room for quite some time and finally found one on Bamboo-House.com

However when I go to look for reviews, I find a billion results with similiar names and I don't have time to look through them all. So I was wondering if anybody has ever heard of them or had personal experience with them.

I had just never heard of them and didn't want to fall into a scam. But then I found them listed as a housing option for TUJ and a magazine article mentioning them. I'm booked in the Nippori house for this summer. =D
