Can I buy a Mt Fuji walking stick? 2010/4/25 01:44
A friend loaned me his Mt. Fuji walking stick - with all the stamps - and I managed to break it. I feel terrible, and would like to replace it for him. Is there any way to acquire one from Southern California in the USA?

Unfortunately no, not unless you can find someone who has climbed Mt. Fuji and collected the brands to sell you theirs. Regardless, the walking stick is bought at the base of Mt. Fuji and the brands are obtained at stations along the way up the mountain, so it is a symbol of accomplishment and unlikely that a replacement one would have the same meaning to your friend.
