I'll be in Tokyo for a week and I was reading about some make-up lines that looked interesting. What stores/where can I find these make-up brands: Kate, Canmake, Majolica?
Also, I wanted to purchase a used Kimono I'll be in Tokyo and Kyoto. Which place would I find the best in terms of quality and price? Where should I look? Any stores I should definitely look in? I read Oriental Bazaar in Tokyo where is that?

We were in Tokyo in November/ December. As my wife collects Kimono, we visited Hayashi Kimono in the International Arcade. They had a very good selection of new and used kimono.

Some of the shrines in Kyoto have flea markets around the 20th of the month and have used Kimono for 1000 yen. Search them on internet.
