how do you say smile for yourself in Japanese? Is it "jibun no tame ni waratte ii yo"?

waratte is to laugh, not smile which is egao wo suru, hohoemu or nikotto suru. But I am not sure what the situation you will be using to smile for yourself. You can say egao wo site, hohoende or nikotto site, etc. If it is for camera posing, I like to say whiskey than cheese.
