How would you say "I will survive and conquer."?

俺は、生き伸びて征服するぞ。
watashi or buku would not deliver the power in this kiza na statement.

To ay;

I don't think "I will survive and conquer" is "kiza". How about if the OP is a cancer patient? How about the OP is suffering from breast cancer? I can't come up with a good translation yet, though.

Then, explain the situation/context first. Alone it is not something people would say. You get what you put in. Not sure what you are upset about?
