I think it is translated like this,
それ(痛みや怒り)は、そのうち消えます。 Sore(itami ya ikari) ha, sonouchi kiemasu.
I don't know the situation of this sentence, but I think we express like this in daily life.
Sore=It itami ya ikari = pain and anger sonouchi = soon kiemasu = dissapear
It will soon dissapear.
