What happened to Oakwood Shinjuku

Does anyone know what happened to it as I don't even see it on the Oakwood website any longer.

It seems that Oakwood Shinjuku closed the business as a hotel (apartment houses for long stay) at the end of 2009.
The owner changed and the building seems to be 100% apartment houses for long term lease only, JPY115,000 - 362,000/month.
