Hi Hiroyuki, I don't think the picture is a Sanrio shop that's why I'm having trouble finding it T_T The picture has Stitch, Mickey Mouse and other characters in the background so it could be a shop that's a distributor. Thanks for the help. Any other suggestions? I think it's in Sendai?

That store layout looks quite similar to "Bulldog" zakka store(http://www.z-bulldog.com/tenpo/list_bulldog.html), but that type of store can be found everywhere in Japan.
