how and where can I get some information about japanese educational system for children with hearing disability?
the way of their communication?

Could you tell us more specific information ? Do you need it for just a research of the education system or you are planning to live here with your child who needs the support and you need the info?
I have a fried with the disability and may obtain the info. from him.
