Since there is no question, and improper spelling, I'm gonna guess you want a store that sells Digimon and Dragonball apparel, toys, etc.
The best places to find such things: Any and all Manga/Anime retailers in Japan.
Since they are major franchise series that have been pumping out merchandise for over a decade, there will be no shortage.
