Hey i'm just curious if it's possible to get a spouse visa in Japan when i'm only dating my Japanese boyfriend and how long it might take to get the result? I'm European and i have also think about studying in Japan the language.

No, spouse visas are only issued to spouses.
I'm European and i have also think about studying in Japan the language.
Have you considered looking into a student visa or a working holiday visa?

yllwsmrf is correct- you must be legally married to get the spouse visa. Some countries do have such a thing as a fiance visa, but Japan does not.
