Euros at Post Office?

Can I buy Euros cash at main post offices (around 300,000 yen's worth for example), or is it only main banks that deal with this?

Japan Post Office is a major bank so they buy and sell major foreign currency. Obviously you have more chance at the main branch than at a small suburban branch.
