Playing rugby in Japan?

I am a keen rugby player and im planning to move to Japan pretty soon for 6 months.
I Don't think I would live 6 months if i could't play rugby. Also when i move to Japan i want to make Japanese friends and i believe playing a team sport would be the best way to make new friends.
So where would the best place to live where i can have a good chance of joining a rugby club.

You can play rugby almost anywhere in Japan, even if you're over 40, or over 90 for that matter. Where do you wish to live? Maybe someone can find a team for you.
