I have job offer in Kobe, Japan. I will be getting Rs 25 lakhs per year. Will it be enough to care about 3 members of family which includes me, my wife and 3 years old son.

Suppose Rs 25 lakhs = 5 million yen,
If so, this is just around the same income as of an average Japanese family's. It's ok if you get accustomed to Japanese average lifestyle. It's not enough if you live in Indian lifestyle even in Japan.
