Graphic Design Industry within Japan

I am a fully trained graphic designer who operates with book design and typography. I am also a trained book binder.
I am presently doing my MA in Communication Design at Central Saint Martins.
I heard its hard for a non japanese to get a job within the industry with just a BA, but does this apply to a MA with specialist skills?
I am asking because I am looking for a challenge which also will force me to adapt to new styles in graphics. England I want to get away from, and US I rather avoid. Japan on the otherhand has interesting graphics and very different ways in approaching it as such I presently considering this as a possibility.

Your qualifications would make you eligible for a work visa provided you can find a job, but how is your Japanese? A level of fluency will drastically increase your hiring chances.
