Guidance needed for remarry

I'm Jenny, a permanent resident in Japan who is basically a Filipino. i have taken annulment last month in Manila and i have applied my passport to change as a single status and it is under process. after changing my status as single in my passport, i'm planning to marry my bf. i would like to know that after changing my passport as single, can i marry my bf immediately or do i need to wait for some months?

The Japanese Civil Code says that a woman cannot remarry for six months after dissolving her previous marriage.
