returned from Tokyo 24 June not into model trains but saw some model shops on the main road (6) into tokyo between Asakusa and Asakusabashi google maps
saw model shop all over just walk

HO Scale is not very big in Japan. Japan is largely N scale models because there's not much space to work with, and you can fit more into N scale space. Any case Akihabara has some shops, the IMON modle shop in Akihabara has some HO models. http://www.imon.co.jp/MODELS/INDEX083.MBR/SHOPSorry the site is in Japanese only. print out the map if you need help in akihabara. But remember Japan is a N scale country, so HO scale is limited.
