You need to get your employer to sponsor you for the working visa. Usually the company applies on your behalf. They will provide some of the required documents, such as employment contract, and you need to provide other documents, maybe including your diploma, other certificate demonstrating your qualification, etc.
Make sure the application is filed with the immigration authorities "before" your temporary visa expires.
