Less salary for shakai hoken

Recently, we were told by the agency that we will be enrolled in shakai hoken. So this means that they'll pay half of the monthly premium which means a burden for them. Now to lessen it, they told us that our rate per hour which is 760 yen which is very cheap already will be deducted by 60 yen. So this will become 700 yen per hour. To think, they already profited a huge amount on our rate per hour which is estimated to be 1500 yen per hour for male workers (in which of course, they didn't tell us). I just based on some of my friend's salary who worked directly in the company. This really put us in anger because it's not worthy of the heavy work we have in factories. We even work overtime to make ends meet because of the cheap salary. Is this deduction on our salary lawful? Where can we channel our problems regarding the deductions (already an exploitation to the max)? Thank you for the advices and help.
