Supermarkets under the stations

Hi guys,
Quick question: there used to be a supermarket underneath Kichijouji station in Tokyo, but it seems they're renovating the station so it's closed right now. I know that there's another few stations, one close by the Sumida.
Does anyone have any idea where these supermarkets are located?
Thanks!

They are called "depachika" depa is short for departmentstore and chika means underground (like chikatetsu - underground trains) Most big stations have a big department store with a basement food hall like you describe. Wont have to look too far. Just go to any big station and ask someone wheres the depachika?

MitsukiShiroi, The Garden Jiyugaoka used to be located inside the Kichijoji station building until the renovation began. However, I'm not sure if this is the supermarket chain you are talking about, because looking at their website I see no branches near Sumida. Anyway, the following is their website. You can click the words lined horizontally at the top to see photos of the merchandize they are selling. The vertical list on the following particular page is the list of branches. http://www.garden.co.jp/tempo/shop.htmlThe closest branch to Kichijoji is the Ogikubo branch located inside Lumine mall which is located inside Ogikubo Station. http://www.garden.co.jp/tempo/ogikubo.html
