hotel shinjuku and present questions

Hi,

I almost booked all my hotels but I'm still looking for a hotel in shinjuku for 2 people.

- close to train/subway station
- 15000 to 20000 Yen for 2 people
- Friendly and clean

Any good suggestions on this part are welcome.

I'm also still looking for a really special present for my 10 year old son.
No toy's or video games etc

And presents for myself (no poppets, pottery are any really touristy gifts.

I like art work more specific modern art (sculptures and paintings) maybe of a young new artist I'm looking in the price range of up to 3000 Euro.

I also looked into NOH masks found this website nohmask21.com based in kyoto but there prices go from 350 up to 750 USD
Can anyone suggest a place to buy them at lower prices ?
Are tell me more why these prices are so high.

So I'm looking for long time expats or japanese people who can give my some good idea's

For fully hand-crafted, hand-painted, wooden traditional theater masks, that can be used also as genuine house ornaments/decoration, I don't consider these prices high.
