Hi all,
I was hoping someone here could tell me if, and if so, where, I could buy tapioca pearls in Tokyo. I've already found some in my local supermarket here, but they sold only the small white ones. I would preferably like to know where I could buy the larger, black ones. The chewy ones ;).
