If that's the kanji you were asking about, it it 可, pronounced "ka" and means "possible" in usual context.

The context where this can mean something close to "good" is in school grading system, where 優, 良, 可 are used for A, B, and C respectively in grading papers, and 可 is the lowest passing grade. So it means more like "acceptable" instead of "really good.
