Hi, I will be flying into/out of Japan via Haneda Airport. I am just curious if it is like Narita Airport where edible/non-edible duty free goods are available?

Yes. There may not be as big a variety as at Narita, but that will start to change later this year as more and more international flights start coming into Haneda from places like the US.
