Directions for Japan Green Tea Co in Tokyo

Hi - We will be in Tokyo next week and my mum would like to go to a shop called Japan Green Tea Co in Shibuya-ku. The shop phone number is: +81-3-5464-1120. (This is all the info my mum has on the company)

Can anyone provide me with directions or an address so I can take my mum there.

Japan Green Tea Co. is not a shop but a company trading teas. They are indeed located in Shibuya-ku but it is not a retail shop.

They have shops called "Cha Yu" - these shops are tea salon where you can enjoy Chinese tea also you can buy Chinese teas and utensils related to Chinese tea.
You'll find the details at the very end of this page, one is on the 6th floor of Takashimaya Department Store in Shinjuku.

If you'd like to visit a tea shop offering various teas (Japanese tea both standard and flavoured as well as black tea, Chinese tea, and other kind of teas), I'd recommend LUPICIA. One of their shop is on the basement floor of Tokyu Department (Toyoko branch, adjacent to Shibuya Station.)
