Hi I am just wondering whether you are allowed to send some Scottish biscuits to Japan. I found a post made in 2008 asking the same thing but custom regulations tend to change and I want to make absolute sure before I do since I've never sent a overseas package before.
Thank Yoy.

Sarah,
No problem at all. Just remember to pack them well so that the receiver does not end up with a package of biscuit crumbs. I hope also that they're not Walker's Shortbread, as they are widely available in Japan and not particularly exotic.
