Edible Marker and Corn Syrup Baking craft 2010/10/5 09:48
Hiii.. I am looking for edible marker pens which is used for drawing on cookies or rice paper to make butterflies and corn syrup which is used as binding agent for making chocolate models/ icing flowers.
Further, Please let me know if you know any craft shop who supplies baking tools. I know a Wilton goods available in Daikanyama( Tokyo) at Encraft shop but their stock is very limited. Even the online shop is fine if they have the stock.I live in Kawasaki so if you know shops around Tokyo or Yokohama will be fine :) thanks

Cuoca has a wide range of products, it has both shops (Jiyugaoka, Shinjuku, Kichijoji) and an online shop.

Kappabashidori 2010/10/5 20:20
I suppose you have been to Kappabashidori in Tokyo but if not, it's certainly worth a trip. You have to hunt in some places because the baking tools may not be right in the front of the store or even on the main floor. It also pays to comparison shop, as you may see the same or similar items at rather different prices.
