Teach english with Associates degree? 2010/10/5 12:26
I've been researching this for a long time now and it seems everyone requires you to have a bachelors degree, although I have seen a few things contradicting this. So is it possible to teach English with just an Associates Degree? And maybe TEFL certification to help?

If you need a work visa, Immigration (not the job) requires you to have at least a bachelors degree or some substantial amount of years of experience.

You will not qualify for a work visa without either a bachelor's degree or many years of teaching experience. That is an immigration requirement. However, if you were to qualify for another visa that allows work (working holiday, spouse, student, etc.) then you would be allowed to work.
