If the visa is single entry: 3,000 JPY (30USD)
If double or multiple-entry: 6,000 JPY (60USD)

I don't think it matters what kind of visa you choose.

Those are the prices for reentry permits, a different topic than a business visa for those who wish to start a business in Japan.

According to the MOJ, for the Investor/Business Manager visa there aren't specific guidelines on capital, but someone seeking such a visa would be expected to hire at least 2 full time employees that are residents of Japan or be able to invest more than 5 million yen annually.

As mentioned for a Business Investor, you'll generally have to invest well over 5million Japanese yen, and that doesn't count the costs it takes to start up the company BEFORE you apply for the visa. You're looking at 6-7million yen range.
